酪梨油用來煎雞腿排以及拌蔬菜溫沙拉非常適合,吃起來也沒有負擔。
食材
去骨雞腿一份
玉米筍四根對切
蘆筍八根切段
澄蜜蕃茄8顆對半切
聖女蕃茄8顆對切
蘋果塊適量
聖馬羅冷榨酪梨油兩匙約30cc
檸檬角1/4取汁用
檸檬皮屑
九層塔葉適量

醃雞肉材料
聖馬羅冷榨酪梨油一匙約15cc
醬油一匙約15cc
砂糖適量
洋香菜適量
黑胡椒粒適量
匈牙利紅椒粉適量

做法
1.將食材備齊,先醃肉,將雞肉放至大碗,把醃肉材料都放入碗中和雞肉拌勻醃十分鐘。
2.將烤箱以150度預熱,接著熱鍋,倒入適量的油,先將雞肉煎至兩面定型熟,然後放入烤盤進烤箱烤十分鐘。

3.用熱水燙熟玉米筍和蘆筍撈起備用。
4.取一容器,將燙好的蔬菜以及小蕃茄和蘋果都放入,加上適量的九層塔,淋上檸檬汁灑上檸檬皮屑,倒入酪梨油或任何你喜歡的油,拌勻。(喜歡酸一點的人檸檬汁可多加,也可用自己喜歡的果醋或沙拉醬)

5.將沙拉先放入盤中當底,烤箱裡熟的雞肉取出擺在沙拉上,烤肉流出的湯汁我會一起淋在肉上。
6.可直接當溫沙拉吃,也可放上飯食或麵食一起食用。

Ingredients
Boneless chicken leg
4 Corn shoots
8 Asparagus
8 Tomato cut in half
8 Cherry tomato cut in half
1 Apple
2 Tablespoons St. Malo cold pressed Avocado oil
1/4 Lemon juiced
1 Lemon peel
Basil leaves

Chicken marinate
1 Tablespoon St. Malo cold pressed Avocado oil
1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
Sugar
Parsley
Black pepper
Paprika

Directions:
Prepare all the ingredients. Marinate the chicken in a large bowl for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Warm avocado oil in a wok and pan fry the chicken legs both sides, then place the chicken legs in the oven and bake for 10 minutes
Quickly blanch the corn shoots and asparagus spares
In a large container mix together the blanched vegetables with the tomatoes and apple. Pour over with lemon juice and avocado oil, sprinkle on lemon peel and basil, season to taste
Plate the salad first and place the cooked chicken on top, baked juice of the chicken can also be spooned over the salad
